Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup kale chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple chopped
- 1/2 mini sized cucumber
- 1 table spoon agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients above in a blender or juicer and pulse blend till smooth.
Serve with fresh fruits !!
*Tips:
- You can substitute agave syrup with honey or any sweetener of your choice.
- You can also skip agave syrup or any sweetener if you want to have natural flavor.
