Apple-Banana-Kiwi Mix


  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds


Mix all the ingredients above in a blender or juicer and pulse blend till smooth.

Serve with fresh fruits !!


  • You can substitute agave syrup with honey or any sweetener of your choice.
  • You can also skip agave syrup or any sweetener if you want to have a natural flavour.
