Ingredients:
For Marination:
- 750 gms boneless chicken washed and cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilly powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
For cooking:
- Cooking oil for deep frying chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 medium onions cut into big cubes and separated
- 2 green pepper cut into cubes
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sirachia Sauce (red hot sauce)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Direction:
- Mix all the marinating items with the meat and marinate it for 3-4 hours;
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry each chicken cube separately in small batches. Keep it aside;
- Remove the oil aside and you can use the same wok to cook the meat now;
- Heat fresh cooking oil and fry ginger garlic for a minutes;
- Add onion, green pepper and green chillies and cook for about 2-3 minutes;
- Now add tomato sauce, sirachia sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar and salt and mix well. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes;
- Now add the fried chicken on slow flame and mix well. Bring it to a boil and remove from fire.
