Ingredients:
- 1 rainbow trout cleaned, washed and cut into 2-3 pieces
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1&1/2 tsp chilly powder (I used malvani masala)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 tsp ginger crushed
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 tsp salt or as desired
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Ingredients for frying
- Cooking oil as required
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Direction:
- Clean and wash the fish. Keep it aside to drain the water
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above into a smooth paste
- Apply generously on the fish and keep it aside atleast for 2 hours in the fridge (overnight is the best)
- Now gently coat the fish with breadcrumbs and put in the airfryer for 30 minutes at 330 degrees
Your rainbow fish is now ready. Enjoy with white wine.
