Rainbow Trout


  • 1 rainbow trout cleaned, washed and cut into 2-3 pieces
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1&1/2 tsp chilly powder (I used malvani masala)
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp ginger crushed
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp salt or as desired
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Ingredients for frying

  • Cooking oil as required
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


  • Clean and wash the fish. Keep it aside to drain the water

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned above into a smooth paste
  • Apply generously on the fish and keep it aside atleast for 2 hours in the fridge (overnight is the best)

  • Now gently coat the fish with breadcrumbs and put in the airfryer for 30 minutes at 330 degrees

Your rainbow fish is now ready. Enjoy with white wine.
