Ingredients:
- 2 cup murmura or Crispy fluffed Rice
- 1/2 medium onion finely chopped
- 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 medium boiled potato chopped
- 1 cup fine sev or as desired
- 1/2 cup roasted skinned peanut
- 1 small bunch of finely chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or as per taste
Direction:
- Mix all the above ingredients well
- Sprinkle lemon juice on top as per taste
Note:
- If you have green chutney you can add a little for flavour
- If desired, then you can add roasted fried channa dal or raisins or cashew for a twist
