Sukha Bhel


  • 2 cup murmura or Crispy fluffed Rice
  • 1/2 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium boiled potato chopped
  • 1 cup fine sev or as desired
  • 1/2 cup roasted skinned peanut
  • 1 small bunch of finely chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or as per taste


  1. Mix all the above ingredients well
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice on top as per taste


  • If you have green chutney you can add a little for flavour
  • If desired, then you can add roasted fried channa dal or raisins or cashew for a twist
