Air Fryer Crispy Mushroom

  • 400 gms Fresh Mushroom
  • 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs

Ingredients for batter

  • 1 cup Constarch
  • ½ cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder 
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Milk or water as required
  • ¼ tsp Salt or as per your taste

Direction to Air Fry:

  1. Mix all the ingredients besides mushroom using milk or water a little at a time till you form a smooth batter and keep aside
  2. Cut the mushrooms in slices, wash it and keep it aside for around 15 minutes in a drainer to drain all excess water
  3. Slightly roast the breadcrumbs and keep aside
  4. Now dip each mushrooms into the smooth batter and then coat it with breadcrumbs and keep aside in a tray
  5. Once the tray is filled with coated mushroom, put them in the air fryer for 370 degrees for 10 minutes in the middle rack and then 4 minutes on the top level.
