- 1 cup boiled and smashed potato
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup methi (fenugreek) leaves
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp salt or as per your taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

Direction to cook:
- Mix all ingredients mentioned above with very little water.
- make small balls and then flatten them slightly
- grease air fryer tray and place these small flat balls on them*
- airfry fo 20 minutes at 370 degrees

- if you don’t have air fryer then you can pan fry or deep fry these pakoras
