Cheesy Green Pakora (Air Fryer)

  • 1 cup  boiled and smashed potato
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup methi (fenugreek) leaves
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Direction to cook:

  • Mix all ingredients mentioned above with very little water.
  • make small balls and then flatten them slightly
  • grease air fryer tray and place these small flat balls on them*
  • airfry fo 20 minutes at 370 degrees

Your Cheesy Green Leafy Herbed Pakora is now ready. Enjoy !

Notes *

  • if you don’t have air fryer then you can pan fry or deep fry these pakoras
