Apple-Mango-Celery Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium apple
  • 1 slice mango
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 3 inch cucumber
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp Agave syrup (optional)*
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions:

  • Cut apple, mango celery and cucumber into small pieces;
  • All the remaining ingredients into the blender or juicer and pulse blend till smooth.

Enjoy!!

*Tips:

  • You can substitute agave syrup with honey or any sweetener of your choice.
  • You can also skip agave syrup or any sweetener if you want to have natural flavor.
