- 1/2 medium apple
- 1 slice mango
- 2 stalks of celery
- 3 inch cucumber
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp Agave syrup (optional)*
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Cut apple, mango celery and cucumber into small pieces;
- All the remaining ingredients into the blender or juicer and pulse blend till smooth.
- You can substitute agave syrup with honey or any sweetener of your choice.
- You can also skip agave syrup or any sweetener if you want to have natural flavor.
