
Ingredients:
- 500 gms goan sausage
- 3 medium onion (red onions preferred)
- 3 medium potatoes
- Salt as required
- Ketchup (optional to be added only if you feel it is spicy)
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt as required

Direction:
- Cut sausages into small pieces and keep aside

- Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute chopped onions till the color of the onion turns pink

- Add sausages and without stirring it first let it cook for 5 minutes with a cover over the saucepan. Then remove the cover and stir the onions and sausages and cook for another 10 minutes

- Add potatoes cut into hash brown size, stir the mix and cook the meat till potatoes are well done or as per your desired level. I cooked till the potatoes are slightly smashed.

Now your goan sausages are ready. 
Enjoy with ladhi pav or rice.

Note:
- If you want you can also add green chillies, red chilly powder, garlic and ginger in your chilly fry. As these ingredients were already added in the sausages, I did not add them in the chilly fry.
